We verbleven 4 dagen in dit paradijs. Verpletterend uitzicht, heerlijk zwembad mooi in de natuur geplaatst, schoonheid in veel details, tafelkleden, gevouwde servetten, bloemen in de kamer, heerlijke badlakens, mooie architectuur, prachtige tuin. De staf was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kok maakte heerlijk eten rekening houdend met onze wensen , borden als schilderijtjes. We hebben 2 dagen gegolfd op de Victoria golfclub, slechts 2 minuten met de tuk tuk van het hotel. De gastvrouw Pi heeft dit Boutique hotel 7 sterren waardig gemaakt. We komen zeker terug. Surrounded by tamarind and palm trees, Bougainvillea Retreat is a 45-minute drive from east Kandy. Bandaranaike International Airport is a 4-hour drive away. For wellness and relaxation, the retreat offers yoga sessions, massage treatments and a hot tub at its spa, as well as leisurely horse riding. Guests can also go trekking, play golf or enjoy bird watching. The retreat has a restaurant serving Sri Lankan and Western dishes. In-room dining is also possible with room service.
